The apartment is situated in Grußdorfstraße, a one way street in Tegel. You live close to the  Tegel-Center and the mall Borsig-Hallen. The Tegel lake and the Tegel forest are nice for walking. You surely want to see the sights of Berlin and that's very easy because the S-Bahn and U-Bahn are also very close to the apartment.

All windows are directed to the south therefore the apartment is full of light. You look on a little park.
